Law of Accession of 30 June 2003 No. 196, Art. 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights:

The data subject shall have the right to: a) the origin of the personal data; (b) the purposes and methods of processing; (c) the logic used in the case of processing by means of electronic instruments; (d) the identity of the owner, the person responsible and the appointed representative in accordance with Article 5 (2); (e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be transmitted or who are able to obtain them in their capacity as representatives, officers or agents appointed in the territory of the State.
3. The data subject shall have the right to: (a) update, rectify or, where he is interested, supplement the data; (b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including those whose preservation is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (c) the confirmation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been communicated to the persons to whom the data have been transmitted or transmitted, except in the case where such fulfillment has occurred proves to be impossible, or one would have to resort to quite disproportionate means in relation to the protected right.
