ITALIAN TRADITION
The moka coffee is a symbol of Italianness, for us Italians it is a myth that accompanies our history and our tables, from breakfast with the family to a break at work, to the last cuddle after dinner or a sprint to study.
A gesture and a taste that each of us associates with a perfume, a memory, a moment for oneself that one cannot do without.
But what is the procedure for a perfect coffee with the mocha?
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Coffee maker
- Still water
- O'ccaffe ground coffee

STEP 1
Take the base of the Mocha and fill it with cold water up to the valve, no more. Insert the filter and fill it by arranging the ground coffee evenly, without pressing it.

STEP 2
Join the two parts of the mocha by screwing firmly. Put the mocha on the stove and set the stove to medium / low heat.

STEP 3
When the water in the lower chamber approaches boiling, the pressure will push the flow of coffee slowly through the upper chamber. As soon as the coffee rises and you hear a hiss, remove the coffee pot from the heat.
Stir the coffee with a teaspoon and pour it into the cups.
